Monsha’at, the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority of Saudi Arabia, signed six key memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with leading international partners during the Saudi–US Investment Forum held in Washington, D.C. on November 21, 2025.
The partnerships were formed with The BTL Group, National Drug Source, Functional Fluidics, Puzzle Healthcare, CircNova, and Alerje.
The agreements focus on strengthening entrepreneurship, innovation, and SME development across high-growth sectors such as technology services, business development, and health technologies. These MoUs will enable Saudi SMEs to benefit from global expertise, modern technologies, and expanded market access, driving stronger performance and sustainable growth.
This initiative aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to build a diversified, knowledge-based economy. Through these collaborations, Monsha’at continues to enhance Saudi Arabia’s international cooperation, support knowledge exchange, and create a more attractive investment environment for innovative SMEs.
